A big collection of Socialistic posters

Thanks for the link. It's an outstanding collection. And don't worry CCR, there's a folder in there with posters more to your liking, I think.

Empire (as in Russian Empire):

[...]# A political unit having an extensive territory or comprising a number of territories or nations and ruled by a single supreme authority.
[...] a group of countries under a single authority; "the British empire"

Wow CCR, you're so smart in knowing the Russian Empire contained non-Russian peoples. The word 'Empire' would've never tipped me off, myself.

Hahaha. For the record, this is'nt just some more of my mindless pretension; the Russian Empire, like almost all Empires, was predominantly non-Russian in terms of population.

*amazed* ???
Go back to North Korea plese.

Yea, that be my point.

*bitchslap*

Go back to the 60's, please.
Hah. Coming from the artsy, bohemian Pole-Mexican-Frog that seems out of place in any setting outside of 1968 Paris, I don't think you are one to ask me to go back 40 decades.

I imagine you like "the eighties guy" from Futurama. Only with a hummer that runs on the blood of the working class.

Oh god, I think I need to go back to '68.

Well. As you stated, my background, education and knowledge in languages allows me to be a native in three countries. It's hardly what I'd call "out of place".

I don't think you are one to ask me to go back 40 decades.

40 decades? Whoa.
A true child of the cream of American society. Rich and thick, but not able to spell nor count.

Wooz: 2
CCR: 0

All self described anti-capitalists have no place in the 21st Century, and all should resign themselves to the chaos they created in the 20th.

37 years is close enough by anyone's count for four decades.

So back on topic. Yes its a great collection. My school has a great collection of Nazi propaganda in English especially made for american soldiers in WW2. The great thing is that they are originals!

Does anyone know where i can find socialist posters that specifically mention the topic of healthcare (either in this collection or somewhere else on the net)? Something displaying a message on doctors, hospitals or similar.

1 decade = ten years.

40 decades = 40*10 = 400 years.

Come back tomorrow, when Prof. Dr. Jebus Gobson teaches how to spell the word 'Loser'.

Or proceeds to an anatomical representation of the word "looser", involving exciting digestive system bodypart superheroes: Colonel Rectum and Goatse-man.

To quote my personal role model, Screw you guys, I'm going home.

But ofcourse! Why didn't I think of that. "Hippies. They’re everywhere. They wanna save the earth, but all they do is smoke pot and smell bad."

Also, on the posters. I liked the couple of Stenberg movie posters I'd never seen before. Good stuff. But it's still a bit of a weird mix though. Endless amounts of boring Stalinist era social realist posters. Where's the Mayakovsky and the Lebedev? Just because it's propaganda doesn't mean it has to be uninteresting from an artistic point of view.
