Abandoned theme parks

My Grandmother used to take me to the Enchanted Forest outside of Baltimore when I was a kid. It was creepy before it was abandoned, too.

I think there's an extra dash of creepiness at theme parks compared to your average abandoned building. Such emptiness and stillness in a place that was once filled with commotion and excitement. My favorites of these were the Disney water park in Florida due to it's overgrown swamp vibe and the old rusty one with the wooden rollercoaster that seemed like it was made for a horror movie.

I had a look in my youth around the old Garden Festival sight in Liverpool during my youth and that was on creepy place, some of the harder to find or reach building where over grown and still mostly intact others where shells of buildings with evidence of rides being removed etc.

I've got an abandonned theme park in my boxers.

Truth.

Wasn't that shut down by the Belgian Health and Safety board due to Crabs of a unusual size?
