I have a question about reloading the H&K MSG90 rifle.
I have the ammo in my inventory, but it will not reload automatically or directly from the inventory.

Are there others who has this problem?

I've never played this mod, however, I've encountered this problem before. It usually means that the weapon was placed on the map loaded with one kind of ammunition, then later on the information for the weapon was changed, and it required a new type of ammo. You might just need to load up on different ammo types and try it out.

I also copy the Encounter boost: fallout/data/data/worlmap.txt, but it looks if it's not working. Driving around and almost never have an encounter.

Some one have any ideas how have some random encounters.

I already set the priority in the taskmanager on low, but i see no effect :(

1) About the M14 & M14 (scope)
The M14 scope version has less Range (40), less Ammo (10), less Damage (8-20).
You forgot the adjust those settings?
 
Im using the F2Wedit tool for editing this mod.
It seems Single/Burst was mixed, so i correct it.
The Attack mode was wrong. First Single then Burst.
Thats the reason you not figure out why the sounds of the weapons was incorrect.

Wenn now you have a Burst weapon in your "hand", it show Single and not Burst anymore. And also the sound is correct.

Also i do the same with Melee weapons.

I try this mod some more and do also some modifications.

Gauss Rifle less damage, but Burst (3) with a closer distance (30), just a try out.
Wenn i happy with the new balance i uploaded it, referending to you.

Same thing happen to me with the Bozar, "old" ak-112 and Sniper Rifle using MegaMod.
Bozar and sniper were loaded with .223 FMJ and "ak-112" with 5mmJHP but Bozar now need 14mm, "ak-112" and Sniper is 7.62 mm...

Take me some time to find out... :P
