Age of Decadence?

So I recently saw pictures for a game or mod in the making called the "Age of Decadence" on here (if we all see the same pictures each day, then you guys should see it too). This looks awesome, and I have some questions.

I've heard nothing about it, is it still around? And,
Was it a mod for a game, or a brand new game itself? If it was a mod, what game would it have been for?

Played the demo a year or so ago. I was interested on it because I wanted to see what could be done with Torque3d engine. Seems like a good RPG.

Played it in early access some time ago. As far as I'm concerned is a game with a lot of potential. A shame it's totally broken tho.
