This changes everything... The original [lost artwork] Fallout heads can be made to say new lines [typed or recorded audio; even with variations on emotion —visual, and auditory. Typed lines are spoken via AI generated voice—and it's very good quality.

That means not just mods, but they could officially remaster Fallout 1 & 2 in a new engine, yet keep the talking heads.

They need to improve their tools to offer manual hinting for defining [overriding] identifying facial features in cases where the face is irregular, or wearing extreme cosmetic makeup, like clowns and supermutants.

They also should add support for image/composite layers, to allow AI content on top of custom background images, and video.
