WarMonger

Still Mildly Glowing
im curious if anyone else noticed having more skill while gaming under the influence. so?

i first noticed this while playing Call of Duty last night... when i broke my personal best

Definitely not good for me.
I came home plastered this past weekend, sat down on my computer cause I didn't want to go to sleep yet, and tried to play Doom3. I failed miserably. Then I went and passed out.

nah, most i ever did was getting banned from a cs server for using a offensive nick. It actually had to do with a admin's mother and this guy:

And besides, i usually drink 'till Puking/Passing out, wich kinda inhebits any drunken gaming.

i've found being slightly drunk to help my cs a bit. usually i play pretty careless (i'm a rusher), but when i'm slighly drunk is seem to care a lot less and for some reason i end up playing better.

however when being downright drunk your play sucks donkeyballs.

ow yeah, i got a mate that has normal skill when sober, but when he's stoned he plays A LOT better. being stoned never really affected my play though (neither way).

Me and my buddy almost solved Double Dragon 3 while getting wasted on Early Times. Havent been able to get as far as we did when were sober.

I have noticed that some games suck less when i'm drunk...but it doesn'T mean i'm better

You see some games with lame storylines can actually come across as good if your too drunk to know any better. Saving the world always feels more personal when you cant even comprehend the world around you.

That is remarkably profound. Especially coming from a cartpusher at Walmart.

Hey if it werent for my rampant imagination I would have been driven to madness after only a few days of that work.

The strong willed proletariat saves our world everyday!

Do Walmart employees count as Proletariat?
I thought they automaticly counted as souless minions of an evil empire. Its an automatic betrayal of their working class statis unless they strive to sabotage the great machine by working against it even as they appear to work for it.

I agree with both Lauren and Kotario. The place is like a hiring house. They hire and fire/quit like 5 people a week. Most of them quit as any job there is lame having to take people's shit for about $7 an hour. I started at $6.50.

Let me take this as an opportunity to say that Wal-Mart best represents the dark shadow of capitalism. Sure its a grands success...by maintaining high profits with low wages and only buying foreign made products while having a public advertising campaign that try's to show them as some sort of bastion of American values.

I cant wait til Unions find some way to make a Wal-Mart union or sue them for some sort of employment enfraction. No worries however...their company is so big that whenever someone sue's they simply pay them off to avoid any news of the company being sued. Just go their and slip on something and sue. It happens A LOT!

and this all relates to drunken gaming how? :p
Walmart employees like to get wasted?

In my experience, console games can be fun when drunk, but not so much PC games. That is a pretty big generalisation though.

Ok its obvious you all want to talk about Wal-Mart, but this is the wrong thread...

Im gonna make a new one in off-topic...oh and I have something grand to add to it...

Go there and find the thread "Axis of Evil".

Have you ever played doom 3 high? Its much more scary, and having your reaction time dulled doesnt help either :D

dude the difficulty level on that game is so fucking low i could play it with one hand tied behind my back ...

yes nightmare is a challenge but you have to complete veteran first to unlock it. when you play a game and your health doesnt drop below 75% in the first 5 levels you tend to get bored you know (and no i'm not refering to the intro), doesnt matter how nice the graphics are.
