How do you extract all over the different angle animations from the FRM files?

Also how do you get FRM workshop working in WinXP Pro?

I was a little tired when I posted last night and forgot to say why FRM workshoop wasn't working, anyway here's the error message I get:

'The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).'

I'll try red viewer for the mo but from what i've seen on forums and such FRM workshop is better, so I will hope somebody knows whether my problem can be sorted?

Just tried Red viewer and it doesn't work either! I double click the exe, the sand timer comes up for around 5 seconds and then nothing! I'm confused! But Datman light is now working as I now have a Zlib.dll!!!
