I was surfing on the Internet just now and look what I found on Toxic Caves Mk II - Hrvatski Fallout Site!

What is this? Is this some sort of unofficial Fallout 3 or what? Does anyone know about this yet? Can anyone translate the text?

What's with the armed and dangerous Deathclaws anyway? The date says 2001? What's with that? Can anyone please explain?

Actually, it was an April Fool's Joke some Russian kid did with photoshop about three to four years ago that was posted on the internet. It's amazing people are still dumb enough to fall for it, though. Kreegle fell for it last year, and we all had a big laugh about that.
 
It's too bad it's a joke. I wouldn't want a Fallout game that looks like that, but a JA2/Silent Storm type combat game with a setting like that would be very, very nice.

If you look really close at the arms and legs on the people, you can tell it's a fake. That's what tipped me off when it first went around way back when.
 
That 'kid' is Vadim Bah'lichev, he was an artist for Nival and Akella at one point or another.

I can't tell what you're talking about. What's wrong with the arms and legs? :scratch:
 
They are very disproportionate to the body, especially when one has a long arm and another a short, but they are about the same height. They look like they were constructed to fit into the angle of a gun image the artist had.
 
I think we should be thankful that El Chucko never saw that, or else he probably would have put Deathclaws that look like that in FoPoS.
