Any reasons for not having power armor on all your soldiers?

Yeh, if you've got some sneaky guys then power armour will reduce their sneak factor and you'll have trouble sneaking. That's probably about it.

Power armor reduces doctor, first aid, lockpick, steal, science and repair ability too (about -10%).
However, It's not as bad as yout sneak reduced by 75%... :shock:
 
If I want to use any skills I take my armor off, sneaking can be tough though but by the end of the game its rare you need to use it.

The need depends on your style of play.
Once I have developed senaking a lot with all the soldiers (and all have power armors) with good results, even at the end of the game.
