Apocalyptic Photomontage

Quite cool though the car needs more shadows. Other than that there's some differences in quality on some places (looks a little blurred when compared to other parts) but fixing the car would add a lot.
 
no! not another filter! I use that filter myself, get your filthy fingers off it!

In your first version some things contained great detail but now everything kind of lost focus and it's hard to make anything out of it. It is just too smeared. It's like a terrible bloom effect!

Go back, and redo. Add the shadows where there needs to be shadows. Not just a little here and there. practice!

It feels more like Mad Max than Fallout, but I guess that wasn't your goal anyway. The sky imo is too beautiful to be apocalyptic :P
 
It's ok for me now. But why you got rid of this smoke in background? It looked cool. And maybe add some shadow on rims.
Sorry I didn't ask you if I could edit your art but I just wanted to find out how it would look after my edition (: hope you're not angry.

The version made by gwalt was the best, IMO.

The guy leaning against the car is too big in comparison to the car. The city in the background is too sharp. That piece of road looks bad. The shadows are still not okay. Etcetera.
