Arcanum Help

I'm playing a solo game - focusing on the thief skills, prowl, pick pocket, back-stab, dodge, with a few spells tossed in. The surprising thing is I find the combat very easy, especially with the back-stab ability at expert level. The monsters at the portal (Liam's quest) were easily wiped out with back-stab, and I gained every little bit of experience for myself, without the need to micro manage a team. :mrgreen:

The next challenge will be to complete the game without personally killing a single thing...
 
Seriously. Bows and firearms are just lame. Thrown weapons destroy anything and everything in the game.

Get that and a mastery of Melee and you'll be kicking ass all the way.
(and the weapons doesn't take any damage from being used against golems)

It may do more damage, but I prefer the Azram's Star for more range and speed. And it doesn't come with an annoying sound.

Yeah yeah the axe, where's the fun in that. Also, it may be overpowered, but axes in the game are also slow as hell. Plus, more attacks per round means more chances to get criticals. And long-distance range means that you'll often destroy the enemies before they even get to you.

OR you could get a gun designed to shoot elephants.

Easy choice.
