didn't like it at first glance, but after a while it get's very interesting. I think his mask(? if it's some sort of gasmask, why is the nose on the outside? is it only there to protect his chin?) looks a bit too tight. The sky is awesome.

a reversed 'dune' mask? it makes more sense than the original...

if i remember correctly, the desert suit in dune requires you to inhale with your mouth & a nosetube collects what you exhale to collect the water in your breath.

however, the nose is made to filter air, so the other way around would be more likely -> inhale by the nose & exhale with the mouth into a collection device.

(not that i have any idea what phomax is thinking ofc, but it's a possible explanation)

You could be constructive, Commander User bar (ZOMG U USE GOOGLE LOL SO DO I). Phomax, this looks pretty good, but deffinitely not your best work. I miss the old sketches of Fallout boy in different settings, the cafe being my favourite one. For some reason, this sketch reminds me of a Hammerite... Actually, maybie i've just been playing Thief too much lately.
