Due to the complexity involved in registering if you don't have access to a non-free email account, I'm posting this for her. Same reason I haven't uploaded it to the fan art gallery. I have her full permission for use of this image but I'm still not sure if that would comply with site rules or not.

The colours are great, captures the rough, functional look of BoS equipment. The colour of the armour reminds me a lot of brushed steel, slowly starting to rust.

An MG42 lasting 500+ years after its creation and STILL being usable... Doubtful, but nice nonetheless.

Remember other guns, like MP38, Sten, Walther MPL, Mauser, M1 Garand, Browning AutoRifle, BREN, that appear in Fallout: Tactics (Mauser also in F1/F2). They also must have become scrap metal by that time.

By the way, if we take, for example the year of 2242 and subtract 1942 (for MG42), we'll have only 300 years. Not 500+.
