Beth no RPG

Isn't it pretty much a given that they have Elder Scrolls 5 in pre-production?

Yes, Bethesda has TES V in pre-production

Those are all games being published by Bethesda, Tylonius, not developed. Brink is from Splash Damage, Rogue Warrior from Rebellion, Wet looks like it's from Quentin Tarantino but it's from Artificial Mind and Movement.

On Rouge Warrior:

"Rogue Warrior is a character-driven, first-person-shooter, featuring Richard "Demo Dick" Marcinko's explosive personality in an action-packed single player campaign, and intense multiplayer combat."

Demo Dick?

I thought TES 5 already had a name. Isn't it called TES V: Shadowrealm?

I'm fairly sure that Doom 4 was already in pre-production before the Zenimax acquisition. The chances of it being a joint id Soft-Bethesda title are pretty much non-existent anyway.

Also, as fond as I am of Daggerfall, calling it a RPG is sort of stretching it: You don't play any role, you are simply handed out objectives. Although a rich setting with a lot of interesting books (that were rehashed and dumbed-down with each TES game since), it's conversations are non-existent, and it's basically just one huge dungeon crawl with generic randomized quests. There's a main questline somewhere in there, but it takes a back seat.

The game is sandbox at it's finest; a medieval, 1996 GTA.

id's Rage has a publisher, EA, and ZeniMax is hands-off there, but I don't think Doom 4 has a publisher yet, so Bethesda might do that.

II was better. As was VC.
