Pete Hines (vice president of Bethesda) claims that there will be "more noise" from Bethesda later this year. He also went out of his way to say Dishonored DLC and Elder Scrolls online have already been announced. That leaves many to speculate that this will be the announcement of the 4th Fallout game, most likely to be announced at E3...I'll leave it up to you to believe (or not to believe) that this is what he meant.
