Bethesda off to E3

Bethesda would never invite NMA to E3. They'd never be able to say a single word that wouldn't be contradicted by a court style "OBJECTION!" from a FO Fan. :P

By any chance, does anyone subscribe to Game Developer Magazine, and know whether they sent out their usual reservation forms? I cancelled my subscription what, three or four years ago now, I think, and they still sent me E3 reservation forms for the next year or two... and last year I sent them a letter to stop.

Needless to say, I'm kicking myself now.

Yeah, I had gotten one every year for 'bout 5 years (not counting this year). I never went because I couldn't afford the flight, or the reservation cost.

Also from Joystiq (i should stop mentioning that place)

Bethesda Softworks executive producer Todd Howard, in giving the Fallout 3 presentations, had two Xbox 360's on hand. One had the flashing red ring, but Howard noted it's because there were no AV cables plugged in.

As to why he had a backup console, he quipped, "I do have a backup should one Xbox 360 fail ... evidently they do that sometimes."

Can no one catch a video of this demo :( ?
Also .. on a 360 :( ? no PC love ?

Right, Todd brought a back-up because "evidently" they do that sometimes.
The dork won't even admit he's developing for a lemon.

Didn't you know? The 360 is their "primary development platform".
They couldn't give a toss about the PC. Or the PS3 for that matter.

There's E4All in October, for the public.

Where they let everyone out into a big field to fight over a single power cord that you can connect a printer to or something, and then it starts to rain and it's like a rave festival.

Except I made that up but they do save a lot of money.
