This is a correction post for those who missed the update earlier and are still labouring under the assumption that the lawsuit is finished. As clarified earlier, Interplay's 8-K clearly states that all that has been dropped is the appeal to the permanent injunction, the main lawsuit is still ongoing unchanged.

So the lawsuit still lives on, and the future of Interplay's Fallout MMO still hangs in the balance, and at the moment there's no end in sight.

"We're going to let the process play out in the courts, which is what we've said all along, but beyond that I can't give specifics as to procedures. That's not my domain."</blockquote>Another bit of misleading news based on misreading of court documents. Let's hope that from now on they'll be read more carefully, or by people who actually understand them.

Glad Brother None is smart enough to decipher this stuff, unlike some of the dopes who first pass along the developing news. I'm thinking all news sites should first run any early, preliminary information past Brother None to first get his brilliant and exacting interpretation of the information. How dare other sites like duckandcover pass along the first newly developing information and make some speculative comments. The process should always be, first, pass along all new info to Brother None before people who are far inferior and less intellectually masterful attempt to read and understand and make some speculative comments about some of the initial, cryptic information that is out there.

Brother None to the rescue!! Once again Brother None has come to save the day and punish those puny mortals and their ignorant ways.

Your attempt to poke fun doesn't really change the fact that this isn't the first false story running because you keep making mistakes reading legal documents.

Trying to blame that on Duck and Cover is fairly weaksauce.
