Big Trouble in Little Canada.

I know the defenitions are diffirent, silly. American defenition of 'Liberal' is now very much closer to 'Social Democrat' then anything else in reality. Most Americans are classical liberals, self proclaimed 'Liberals' are genearlly filthy good for nothing Socialists.

My point was that in American politics we would never have anything equivilent to complete domination by one party for a period as long as Liberal dominance in Canada.

I hate this country, to many damn idiots running this thing.
THE ONLY REASON why we have gotten so high, is cause were sitting on a fricken gold mine. We have a hedge land full of natural resources with really no enemies. Other wise, America would have been owned from one of the European countries long ago.
thats just my thoughts. Look, Canada has it way better then the usa. Atleast your edu. systems are some what intact, and your gov. does a better job taking care of its people then us.
 
I say the Pledge every day at the beggining of first period. Then again, my HS is really far to the right; we have people from the American Legion talk at our school, and have one of thier freaky lodges about two blocks away.

my school they make us. I would not do it at all if people would not try to beat me up when I dont. :evil:

When they say please stand, everyone stands but me. I am quietly working on HW or the warm ups (happens in 2nd per for me, which is sience)
then the teacher says Aktins stand or you will get a referul. Then I have to re say the pledge after everyone has seated till I get it right. Then kids are like:
if you dont like america, why dont you move? How could you hate such a great country? I hava a notion to beat your fucken ass for doing that shit to this counrty. Dont you have any respect for our troops? etc.
 
Sitting down when everybody else stands up isn't the way you blend in. You could also just say, "I don't hate America, I'm just too busy to say the pledge." Which I guess is a lie, but hey, that's what power is all about.
 
Actually, in high school every monday morning, they would make us stand for the national anthem. We didn't have to sing, so maybe two people out of 40 actually sung, the rest stood there looking as if kennedy has just been shot.

Now THAT'S patriotism! :D
