Are you a writer?
Do you want to work for BioWare?
Yes?
Then click here!

It all boils down to this:
BioWare asks for writers to create a Neverwinter Nights module to tell their story using the Aurora Toolset. There are a lot of options to consider when creating a module in the Toolset, but it is important to remember that BioWare will only be interested in the writing.

So they're looking to replace Gaider from someone in the mod community.

Sounds about right, considering that most of the modding community could write circles around his "Exponentially More Work Story Paths". :D

I would also like to note, for anyone who is going to try this, get used to swallowing your integrity to design a game...oh, wait, you already are used to it. You use the NWN Toolkit!

Optional but bonus qualifications include:
Taking a beloved character system and setting, to make a bland and boring RTS combat system out of it
Cliché speech options
If the plot includes amnesia, you = WIN!

every time i try to use the NWN toolset, i just break down and cry at how stupid it is and how difficult. then i jump into RunUO and its easy as hell to get shit done.

Aurora Toolkit? Easy to use, but unstable as hell, and not all that powerful. One still needs a lot of external tools to accomplish certain tasks (mostly graphics-related) that are a must for professional game development. I'd be impressed if the toolkit supported plugins.

Last time I used it, building something really persistent was impossible, because writing to disk could not be done. It took modders about a year to come up with a solution that almost worked halfway-decent.
