OK, here's the comparison: yours 40%, mine50% and yours 45%

I'd say that 40% brush is OK, although it's still a bit darker than my variation (or my eyes are tricking me), but never mind. You could try one more comparison with 35% or go with 40%, it's hard to notice the difference in the game anyway.

Most important - we nailed it.
 
Yeah, I think 40% looks just fine, you can keep working with that.

About that hit animation - someone in BIS screwed it up, I'm quite sure. It's missing one frame and the colours are somehow totally improper. Good news is that we can use Cassidy's animation, but first to attach the head of our hero on it. I can take care of this today.
 
We totally need a delousing tool for this thread. Way too much head scrape in here. :>

Doesn't the cassidy model have a slightly different colored armor and orange-brown-ish pants? You would have to do some recoloring or somesuch...

But, if i'm missing something and/or you manage to pull this off, would you mind sending your correction to me, or post them here, so i can use them for the long hair dude? :)
 
Not only that Cassidy's got different trousers, but the whole animation looks quite different. I had a hard time synchronising it, but it is finished now.

Re lisac, I've advanec a little bit on MK2 leather armor.
Here what it is.with 40% opacity.

Woah, almost missed this thread. So, what exacly is the problem with the original animation - a missing frame?
 
The problem is different colour of the armor. I fixed that for the "being hit front" animation, but i see now on brother_siofran's new animations that even more are affected (hit to back, punch).

Can someone finish the job? x'il, bro? Fixing the armor only should do, because the pants are almost impossible to work with. I can't work on it now, being away for a month or so.

I hope you can see what i mean. There is an difference on lisac's and my work, bit no with my and the bis piece.

Yes, yours is closer to the bis original... but it's also a little more "red-ish" and there's a "shadow" in one of the frames.

But depending on the method used, this could work... now, the big question: is it an automated process?
