a good mod wood b to have instead of a single armour box have an entire person box to gear p like in heroes of might and magic 4 or Dungeon seige. check em out. just a thort
 
I think its possible to make chair that can be taken to inventory. When you got this in hands- person will change his apperance, so look like sit on this chair.
 
I like the boom bob idea, make it raise your charisma when you have it equipped lol, you can imagine going into a whorehouse in new reno and saying "Sleep with me, cus i gotta big boom-box"
 
Sorry for posting again, but i got an idea, its sorta like a weapon... Knockout Gas Grenades, regular grenades that knockout your opponents in a fight, like a non-lethal way of getting out of a fight :), BTW i would join NMA, but i gotta aol email, ge that sux
 
How about some clothes, like leia bronse bra from RoTJ or Suliks skull shoulderarmor? A helmet only armor would be cool too. Not for the armorpart but for the fun of it. Maybe a dress for the girls?

Flashligths would be nice, Maybe as a weapon addon? Like a tactical ligth

Backpack you can boost your carrylimit with, a packrat needs a pack.

Books for barter and traps skills.

A trapspringer kit.

binocular? they could be used to boost the range in random encounters or to spot traps.

And finaly! a weapon! even if you dont want them. A mutiepoodle!
a pooch that is trained to run up to a mutant and an explosive devise on his back will explode, like the soviet panzerpoodles!.
 
Arroyo temple was designed for flashlight item, thats why its so dark here. It work using map_update procedure. When you hold that item then light level will be increased.

Also i got before concepts about binoculars. Someday i must made these items.

First i want ideas about "tool items" that can be used in many places during entire game.
