Brilliant Computer Glitch.

I installed Fallout 2 a couple of years back, and something weird but brilliant happened. There was some sort of computer glitch that caused me to have as many NPC's as I wanted. I ended up with around 9-10 NPC's, only problem was that they kept on getting in the way of each other and then they ended up shotting each other. It never happened since, and I tryed to hack the game to make unlimited NPC's, but the instructions in the Unlimited NPC fourm makes no sense. Could someone please tell me how to do it in plain English, and step-by-step.

1. This is a known bug, it's actually considered a problem, not an advantageous glitch, and the patch fixes it.

2. This should be on the Fallout 2 forum.
