Broken Steel is broken in so many levels right now, first off, on the PC you can't even install it according to the bethesda forums, and on the 360 it has gamebreaking bugs such as Liberty Prime not breaking the shields he is supposed to, thus not allowing you to go further.

Deep Sleep - Get the well rested bonus in any bed
Puppies! - new Dogmeat everytime he dies
Quantum Chemist - Every 10 Nuka colas you acquire are automatically converted into a Quantum

Lv. 24
Devils Highway - Karma is instantly set to Very Evil
Escalator to Heaven - Karma to Very Good
Karmic Rebalance - Karma to Neutral
No Weakness - All SPECIAL stats less than 5 become 5

Lv. 26
Nerves of steel - Faster AP regen
Rad tolerance - no effects from minor rad poisoning
Warmonger - All custom weapon schematics added to your inventory

Lv. 28
Party Boy - No alcohol withdrawal
Rad Absorption - Rad level decreases automatically over time

Lv. 30
Almost Perfect - All SPECIAL stats become 9 (Not sure if this will lower your 10's?)
Nuclear Anamoly - At 20 HP or less you explode and do insane damage to everything around you, including your allies
 
Broken again? Good, let Beth stew in their constant F-Ups with their overpriced pointless DLC's.

The original Fallouts had 'comedy' perks, but the ones Beth brings out are idiotic for the most part and make no sense.

Oh and perks are SO unbalanced and stupid that they are hilarious.
what next ?
Perfection ? all stats 10 and skills 200.
Invincible ? No damage from enemy attacks.
Zeus ? throw lighting bolts out of your hands.

Me want Zeus perk! Why didn't they follow the X-Men craze and make a Wolverine perk where you regenerate and have blades in your arms? Or be like the Invisible bitch from Fantastic Four? Original Fallout had a perk with a graphic of the Thing from F4, so why not go all out and add the others?
 
Wow... just.. wow. "Almost Perfect"... wow. Not to mention the "No Weakness" perk is so potentially abuse able. Nerves of Steel? Really? The Grim Reaper perk isn't enuf?

Nuclear Anamoly, does this mean you die when you hit 20hp or less?

I'm wondering about all those people who have maxed out all their skills, can they even REACH level 30 or do they get stuck in the level up screen?

There is a perk called "Adamantum Sceleton", will that do?
 
Very, very pissed off with Bethesda right now. I'm trying to keep myself calm enough to not get banned on their boards. ARGHHHHH! I like Fallout 3 enough, but the things the developers do to it is quite rage-inducing. :x

with their track record and the title Broken Steel (or was that Steal? as in stealing your fucking hard earned money)...
