Bug in mapper animcomd.h

Interestingly enough the fire ghecko flame attack goes for 2 or 3 times as many frames as the standard flame attack. Though I dont think the length of the "burn time" has any effect.

The time at which the 'attack' tacks place is on the action frame.

So In theory if we do a swap of flame projectiles the 'flame' projectile will be launched from the gun at action frame. We should also be able to make flame pistols too :)
