Can someone give me a low/no spoiler answer where I can find the card to get into Vault 14 in the mega mod?

I seacrhed the military base that used ot belong to the master ( logical I thought).
But evena hard search wont turn up a card.
Anyone have just a hint?

It's so long since I've played MM but I guess you should...

[spoiler:e6ba3bcb28]ask Marcus about it and then you are supposed to get special random encounter, where there are two dead supermutants. One of them has the key. Walking around Military Base/Vault 14 might help too.[/spoiler:e6ba3bcb28]
