can't figure out

how do you use the zar converter and the spr converter from team-x? Is this all in DOS because I don't know the first thing about dos other than making a file tree.

they are command promt programs. usially they have help, if you run them with /? switch

tankee sai! however I downloaded bosview and it works just fine. At last I can see all the faces I've never seen in the game. Who the heck are these people?

I'm having the same problem with zar2gif.
I just cant figure out what to do.
Is there any other programs you need.

If you can't figure out how dos mode works, I suggest you get a windows bos viewer that Red created. however, some of graphic files aren't compatible with it, so you'll have to use TeamX's program

I downloaded BOSviewer,and its good to see all the characters but can you actually edit the zar files that you're looking at. I also finally managed to understand how the zar2gif program works, but when I convert the zar files to gif, they wont load up. Has anybody else had these problems?
