First time out of the vault

KOTOR2 is, hands down, the best Star Wars game to come out in the past years, especially with the TSLRP, which makes it look as Mister Chris Avelone (MHLF) intended it to.
Sure, their games might not be technically groundbreaking, but I don't care about bugs or graphics long as it has a good story.
I'm a story whore and I say it with pride. Graphics are fleeting, sound relative, but stories and writing remain immortal.
I read a quote today, which I cannot seem to locate but it fits well with what you're saying here and I agree full heartedly. In essence, it said that the graphics devised by a brilliant programmers today, in five years with Moore's Law being what it is, will be obtainable with only competent programmers. Conversely, art... written word, does not have the same problem. While video game technology progressively and constantly becomes obsolete in face of new technologies, works of art, such as the story of KOTORII, Fallout, Half-Life, or even (long reach) the book "Dirty Hands" by Sartre never become obsolete in face of new books, or stories. Mass Effect did not make KOTOR's story obsolete no more than "The Phantom Menace" made "A New Hope" obsolete. So, I have to agree and vindicate your statements here.
