Car Replacement Mod Instructions?? Please Help!

I've downloaded three different car mod replacements for Fallout 2, and NONE OF THEM for some reason have any instructions. I've tried installing the file in a bunch of different folders and I haven't figured it out yet. Can someone please help me and explain how to install the car replacement file? And for gawd sake can someone update the download area with instructions? If it helps I'm trying to install the truck mod. Please can someone help me out?

The main body of the car itself is a piece of scenery, while the car trunk / boot is an item. Both of these artworks need to be placed in the proper Fallout folders.

Car = CARSPEC1.frm ...Fallout2/data/art/scenery

Trunk = CARTRUNK.frm ...Fallout2/data/art/items

You must ensure they have the correct names, otherwise the game wont correctly locate the pieces. One thing to consider - the frame offset position of this truck, and the size of this artwork. If the frame offsets are wrong then the vehicle might not actually work properly in game, i.e: people getting stuck inside the vehicle.

Now can someone PLEASE put those instructions in the vehicle download area? I'm sure tons of others have had the same problem. I can't believe those files have been there nearly four years and no instructions have been posted up.

Oh well, it didn't work. I guess the RP Mod isn't compatible with it. It is a rather old file after all. I really wish someone would update this stuff.
