Have you tried Caravaneer 2 ? It`s browser based free to game inspired by Fallout but focused more on trading.

suprisingly complex for a browser game. looks like a poor man's fallout at first, especially combat, but it's not really interesting in a long run (maybe because trading and economics aren't really my thing)
