I'd say they used a lot of value tables as well.

Arcanum used a table for the level exp requirements, maybe Fallout did too.

what in the hell is wrong with America anyways? (dont you even say bush either LOL) it really pisses me off that such lawsuits can even make it to court. i mean any judge with any common sense would look at most of these cases and laugh histerically at the stupidity of these people and throw them out of the court room.

Unfortunately, no. It might have something to do with the same reasons why lawyers and paralegals drag their collective asses for more money. A crock trial is still money in the judge's pocket, and it's not a criminal trial, so the judge will feel safer with that.

Its the damn liberals. They want to ovoid making people feel bad when said 'people' simply need to have the living shit boat out of them for being so fucking stupid.

You really aren't supporting that viewpoint well with spelling skills like that.

It's fuck all to do with "damn liberals" Psycho, it's lawyers. They've figured out a good way to make money and they're sticking with it.

I have a great case. I’m going to sue NMA, because it distracted me while my house was burning down, nevermind the fact I left the chip pan on which caused the fire.

I would rather not bash liberals in general. I guess American liberals tend to be a bit faschist and try to make everybody love eachother by offering people to sue everyone who gives them funny looks.

Sometimes two opposite political ideas can be very close to each other, especially if the overall brainspace is very limited ...

There is hardly an overwhelming amount of liberal lawyers around these cases; these are the sleazy idiot lawyers who are only in it for the money and don't care how else it would have an impact upon the legal community. They are the modern form of ambulance-chasers.

Liberal lawyers who take that route are sometimes like the ACLU, though Dennis Miller's line about them is a perfect example though they aren't completely laughable (heh, said Leary for a moment there). They should have stuck to serious items before they went for some of the laughable and became labeled another crackpot liberal institution.
