Really- I heard the series kind of sucked in its second season.

but its definitely the best thats been around for quite some time
might as well watch it
And I am pretty certain the Season 2 set is only 20 bucks, maybe 30...

What they really need is a zombie apocalypse TV show. None of that drama bullshit. Just zombies taking over the world.
Invasion, Jericho, Journeyman, The Dresden Files, Firefly...was very sad to see those shows go. There are others, but I can't think of them all off the top of my head. Invasion came out in Lost's 3rd season I think, and by the end of the season I was missing episodes of Lost and not caring, but I watched every episode of Invasion.

As far as I know you'll have the 2 versions of the series finale, the one that was broadcasted and the one they made in case the series would have been picked up.

From this list, for me, Firefly was really the best one. I was never a big fan of Buffy or Angel, so I never gave to much credit to Joss Whedon, but after watching Firefly followed by Serenity... My God, that guy really kicks ass!grapedog said:

What they don't seem to realize is if they were to purchase the rights to crappy B movies instead of making them, they just might be able to save up the moolah to pay for something great... But clearly, as I have indicated in the past here, I am not a real big fan of the SciFi management team... In fact, I despise them very much so my doubts are abundant and expectations low.

Hell, I even thought I would be OK with HBO...but they canned Rome, Deadwood and Carnivale. Least FX has kept up with the Riches and Rescue Me. I rarely give the big three a chance anymore...just not worth my time to get invested in a show and see it canned by some dipshit in a suit.
