Tbh I just want to know if there is a point to it. Like maybe some sort of a reward at the end? Because fighting overpowered enemies in high levels of radiation just doesn't seem plausible unless there's a real purpose at the end of it all. Anyone know? And I don't mind spoilers.

An achievement, a couple of nukes to detonate, tons of ammo and weapons and 1 unique knife. I think it's all.

With a well placed Fatman shot it's quite easy, but it's not really worth the assle overall.
 
That's about it. Unless you're a really dedicated knife-fighter (in which case, Blood-Nap is a nice weapon to have) or a completionist looking for warheads/Ralphie posters, you've got no real reason to visit the mile.
 
I was hoping it would be an endless swarm of marked men, like a good endgame way to make money and play the game with all your best equipment and skills, but that knife is pretty cool i guess.
 
Best place for using lots of drugs, ammo and best weapons to slaught tough enemy. it would be disappointing place for story, but best place for enjoying strong enemy.
 
Yeah I think I'll lay off of it then. I get slaughtered everytime I go there and don't have that much radaway soo...
