Create whole squad in singleplayer FOT?

(Unfortunately I have almost no programing(sp?)/hacking/modding exp.)

Er...how can I do this? Will I have to hex-edit something or other? (Looks like it'll be another 2-3 weeks before the editors come out...sigh)
