Creepiest locations in Fallout 3: Compilation

wasnt there a building with a closet where you could find the remains of some people that the office boss had locked in there to starve to death (as told through the readable notes they left.) that one gave me the creeps because it seemed like there was this whole office argument and then one day the boss snapped and whatnot. idk it's been a long while since ive played that game
