Cthulhu Armageddon

I don't see it as headcanoning but inferring. Like Markath has little to fear from Dragon Attacks according to the Jarl and the town is made of stone. Me saying, "Markath is made of stone so that's why it has nothing to fear from dragons who breathe fire" is not headcanon.
The only headcanoning I called you out on where you guessing the Institute's motivations, shit about why bottle caps were still a thing etc.

I never saw any of your Skyrim "inferences" so I can't comment on them ;)

Yeah I'm going to the big square where the game is set :) So long as I don't go to any fortune tellers or Swedish embassies I should be fine.

Well, you'd have to kidnap a newscrew camera man and steal his clothes to get into the latter. :-)

I infer that Vault 111 killed all those people for a power-source, despite the actual answer being "Bethesda didn't fully think it through"

That was a GUESS, not headcanon. :)

No, they killed all those guys in-game because the Institute is a bunch of dickbags.

Bottlecaps are awesome! Perfect currency!

:)

Okay, point taken.

Okay, point taken.
See you can admit these things, which is why I respect you.

But seriously, your book sounds so silly. Where are the unmutated German shepherds? Where are the basketball sized robots with the capability to experience emotion? Where are the menacing raiders that constantly defy physics and fall through the floor?

Straight outta the vat

Just to screw with reality a bit more, this is my other release this Fall.

Aren't black people already vampires enough with all the sucking up of welfare they do?

Alas, the central joke is that Peter Stone is the equivalent of Dante from Clerks. An immortal superpowered creature of the night but none of the awesome superpowers (which some with age), the money (which belongs to High vampires), or the sex appeal (which turns out to be a myth). Thus forced to work at a cash station outside Detroit.

I enjoyed making as much fun of the paranormal romance vampire as I did in this book.

As for him being black, my first negative review was I didn't capture a "black voice." Which....eh?

I did appreciate the fact one (black) reviewer said he appreciated I didn't try to make a big deal of the protagonist being black.

So different strokes for different folks.

Bottlecaps were only supposed to be in the first Fallout game as a temporary currency.

They got replaced as time went on.

They were never supposed to remain in the series for this long.

But they remained to be the currency in deserts, like mojave. At the east coast with it's obsession for technologies, batteries should be currency. Oh shit, that would mean that bethesda is stealing from Olympus 2207...
they won't dare since their staff barely speaks english, not to mention foreign languages. :D

I love how they tried to do something with baseball (because Boston) and completely failed. They had 1 NPC with a shop, the main hub and that was it. Like at least make the currency baseball cards or something. Have more post-war enthusiasts- anything for fuck's sake!
I have a better idea
Don't make the game and give it to Obsidian instead of being hack frauds

Bottlecaps are, however, a better currency than gold or cash. God, show some originality guys.

BOTTLECAPS FOREVER.

Because I had a lot of faith in Bethesda at the beginning of the game, I assumed we'd have the option of creating a baseball team which would play in the setting.

Reviving an American pastime!

Well NCR Dollars are realistic, because they are an attempt to make a proper currency, and are using a pre-war model.

Bottlecaps can't last forever as a currency, because the only thing they've got going for them is being backed by water, which will lose value quickly at the rate water gets purified. Plus, it's unrealistic that the whole world would just happen to accept the same currency all at once.

And isn't it a little ironic that your saying "Show some originality guys" when by bringing in Bottlecaps, that's the exact opposite of what Bethesda is actually doing.
