PS version price

Oh my God, it was only 9.99!! Why can't more PS games be like this? What sort of publishing deals went down to make this possible?
I'm guessing Roshambo should know.

Well, first it's kind of an older game.

Second, the PSX version was *INCREDIBLY* easy to port and create, and I think what mainly influenced the price was that the custom-made quests could not be used on the PSX version.
