Deathclaws with armor and miniguns?

First time out of the vault
I was searching in the internet for some interesting stuff and found this.Yep its a good made "Pepsi Car" but what about a deathclaw?I havent seen that before,someone done a new critter or what?Looks great.

I recognise that screen shot from a Russian FO site somewhere. The critter was featured in that very old FO3 Van Buren, fake screenshot with the UFO. Other than that I have not seen it since.
 
Right, it's a fake! But seriously, we have already speaking death claws. We really don't need some with armors and guns. ^^

Why? Talking and shooting Deathclaws that would be something! Great story for Fallout 4/5/6/7/8/9/10/whatever:

Enclave (or whatever what was a danger) has been destroyed, but people over The Wastelands must face the new threat: talking, heavy armoured, loaded with miniguns, angry, and Jet running Deathclaws. But this evil isn't coming from north/south/east/west/whatever, but from the space. Bad ass Aliens created these monsters to conquer the Earth. Who's going to save the world from alien abductions, and nasty experiments on humans? There's a one hero, and his name is Da Talking Flora and Fauna Killer, riding in Pepsi Car...
