Sonny, I Watched the Vault Bein' Built!
Chris Taylor was very kind to give in to my pestering and answer some questions regarding development of Fallout 1. Does anybody wants to see it?

If you have a good questions post them here, I'll ask him.

I don't have any sort of specific questions though..

Oh, wait, hold up-- I'm not much of a "stats" or "behind the scenes" knowledge guy, so I'm not sure exactly what Mr. Taylor would and would not know, but if it's appropriate, could you ask him about storyline? Storyline development, alternate storyline components they were considering, any planning they had done for the "join the master" tangent of gameplay before it was scrapped, and most importantly, you'd have my eternal grattitude if you would ask him about the FEV and it's role in the creation of the ghouls. (I'm just asking because of content in the "ghouls or mutants" thread)

I decided not to release it just yet, probably next week or week after that. I also have plans on interviewing other members of F1 team - Boyarsky (if he's not too busy, but hey - he talks with Saint_Prov), T-Ray, Jason Anderson etc. But I will email you the crude chat log of the interview, if you want.

Btw, as I understand, you want to know if FEV accid. released from the vats somehow transformed the ghouls?

Due to the fact that practicaly nobody is visiting GenFalGamDiscussion board these days, I am moving the whole topic to GenDiscussion board.

I asked ChrisT about FEV and ghouls, but after reading the thread about ghouls I have even more questions, so I will have to ask them to ChrisT before I can give a clear answer to the mystery of ghouls and FEV. What I can say so far is that yes, ghouls are the victims of mutated FEV. Again, I have many more questions that need answers.
