Direct 2 Drive

The Vault Dweller

always looking for water.
Has anyone used this service to buy games?

You see I currently want to buy a game that has 4 installments and if I buy them separately they'll cost about $20 each which is a total of $80. However online I can find them all together for $60...but only as a download.

Since the site is big and I've seen them around alot I trust their service, but I'm skeptical since I never bought a game just by download. I've always had the physical game in box and on CD.

Sincerely,
The Vault Dweller

I've used Steam and Direct2Drive. I like steam better because it allows you more community tools. If someone is already playing the game and you want to join them you just go to your friends list, right click on their name and hit join.

That being said Direct2Drive is a good system. Downloads are fast, it is fairly simple to nagivate, and I have never had any problems. I have 7 or 8 games on there and just purchased "The Movies!" recently.

If you have the choice use Steam but other than that there is no reason NOT to use Direct 2 Drive
