Do they sell Standard Monitors (Non-Widescreen) anymore??

Eyes are weird.

I kind of don't want to order online, I'm the type of person who likes to see things in person. But at least I can read some reviews. :)

The search continues! Thanks again for the help, cats!

You think you have troubles. I'm looking for a CRT monitor. One of those high res ones that came out just before they stopped making them. :P

Check in second hand stores, thrift stores, junk stores whatever you want to call them. I was looking at some pretty big CRT monitors in a place called valure village. They were from new emachines. $15-$25 dollars. In excellent condition.

I am but there are hardly any hardware thrift stores around here.
They don't seem to be as popular in England.

I'm currently using a CRT at the moment. A Dell Trinitron and its a behemoth. And it doesn't help that the desk is small, so the screen is right up in my face. So I'm getting quite a nice dose of radiation. :D

EDIT: If you want a CRT monitor, I would check out ebay or sites like it. Even amazon.com has some, here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias=aps&field-keywords=crt+monitor

Yeah, I would check out thrift stores or even garage/yard sales, if you want to buy one cheap. If you have nothing to do on a weekend, check out some garage sales, especially toward the end of summer when people's kids are going off to college, they usually sell their stuff (that's how I amassed a ton of old NES games, years ago back when I was into NES).
