while in Fallout 1&2 hit in the eyes with finesse and good luck was making critical hit in 9/10 attacks and critical hit table was very regular.
All this in fallout tactics seem to get very complex also the critical tables don't seem to work same way (there is very skim chance of getting high damage multipliers)
So did any1 figured out formulas for critical hits and it's new tables ?
