I've heard both yes and no on this one. In the V1.27 single player campaign, are the recruits' SPECIAL, Skills, Perks, Tags, Traits, etc. fixed as the values in the Entity Editor included in the FOT Tools? Or do the recruits have adjusted stats based on the main character's charisma stat?
Some faqs rave about Clarisse's excellence, but in the Ent Editor, she's quite ordinary. I'm setting up a plan of whom to take with me, and it would be great to know the answer to this question!
EDIT: Also, the recruits in the unzipped entities_0.bos have different (worse? Clarisse isn't the powerhouse with Divine Favor) stats in the \core\entities\recruits folder characters. So which set does the game use, if any?
EDIT 2: For anyone that's interested; I found the answer myself. The game uses the entities in the path Fallout Tactics\core\entities\recruits in V1.27, not the entities_0.bos file, and appears to be the same no matter what the main character's charisma stat is, i.e. Clarisse is a powerhouse with Divine Favor. This is the better of the two character lists that are detailed in the Guiler faq.
