Dystopia for Hl²

Yeah hello everybody,

i played this Mod Dystopia for Half life ² and i wanna give my like oppinion how i felt playing it, if you dont like that i say my oppinion, i guess you have to shoot me. (joke)

So, yeah the guns are very kind of cool when i first saw them, i fast realized that mod is made by some professionals and no noobs. So there are like 3 classes, light, middle and heavy. Light is very cool, cause you can be invisble but i hate it, when they knife you down with that cyber katana. Yeah and of course the Rocket Launcher is very funny, cause the last shot stays on a display saved as a screenshot on your rocketlauncher.

So but now i wanna say that game is a little bit boring, i have explored everything, the gameplay is kind of slow. I have my doubts if a slow Game like that can be popular. I mean we are like the FastFood Generation. (hehe) Yeah, so what are your expierience of that game?

The screenshots look exactly like all the other FPS crap that's on the market, so I'll wager that it's crap as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed Half Life and it's expansion, which were pretty inventive games at the time, but about two years later I got totally grossed out by the oversupply and overpricing of stupid FPS that I've never touched one since.

Also: dude, your posts are weird. Really weird. Like that one thread you started saying that you want a game with a giant and destruction, that thread was weird. And this one is weird as well. I betcha you yourself are pretty weird as well, aren't you?

i guess this means you dont have half life ² but with the FPS part you are 90 % right, when you look at quake 4 and doom 3 and stuff.... but mods are always great for a free look.

Yes it is that typical Team A vs Team B concept, but with some new ideas like hacking.

A really cool FPS multiplayer mod is True Combat Elite for Wolfenstein : Enemy Territory. One huge bonus is they are both FREE - this is a game i'd probably have payed a good £15. It is a realistic SpecOps vs Terrorist team game with realistic weapons and one burst kills. Another plus is the lack of a crosshair and it has ironsights - my favorite.

Yeah I am a huge fan of this mod Alec trust me it is one of the best multiplayer mods out for HL2. I suggest you give it a go if you got HL2 the V1 should be out around the end of this year.

okay besides the huge bonus that its free, counterstrike was first free, too untill that moth*** valve ... ya know the story..

i downloaded it and played it, its so annoying always on every server you want to go, you must download something. (okay not always, but very often, i hate that.) after like 20 minutes waiting i could play this game .. its like an counterstrike clone only with ironsight aiming. plant bomb -> defuse bomb -.-

i give it a 7/10 , because its just not finished yet.
ahh and i hate that, when you duck you must press duck again, that he stands up...
