Edit your Fallout files in Photoshop

SHAMO Fallout Community reported that Wiraqcza from the Fallout Project team is preparing a plug-in to enable editing *.frm files in Adobe Photoshop. Virtually all graphics in Fallout are in the *.frm files, so this should be most useful for current and future moders

This will be nice, hopefully it will let you save directly into FRM format as well (from other file types).
It would be really nice to be able to convert all those single files into one animated frm
