Seems like gaming journalism has hit a new low, or rather gaming websites in general.

Basically it means that the higher ups at Cnet fired a editor and chief for giving a bad game a bad review. Now gamespot isn't really what you'd typically call a reliable review site, but if anything this furthers the case in proving that Gaming journalism is more and more being dictated by the sponsers/ hosts of said site.
The game in question was Kane and lynch, the latest turd fest from eidos, who's working on guess what...Deus ex 3.
The game got a 6 from Jeff(the reviewer) and he bashed it completely and utterly. Now if you visit the site you are treated with two seperate skins of the two titular characters.
Now I know many of you wouldn't agree with his reviewing format, but for a man to lose his job due to coporate bullying is just another sad example of the big man small man coporate problem we see in review sites such as Gamespot.
Anyone remember when Ign had the Mcgriddles skin?
