Electronic Lockpick

Can anyone tell me where i can find an electronic lockpick? Im currently as far as NCR-Vault 15 quests.

Oh... does anyone else love the leather armor as much as i do? when i first got the game i ran around screaming ROADWARRIOR! with the leather armor on untill i died a lot in a row and got the metal armor. anyway thanks for your help (if you help, if you just skim over this and dont answer then the thanks isnt for you....... blablablabla yack yack wheee woohoo)

There is an electronic lockpick in the basement of New Reno Arms.
Its located in a refrigerator in the upper-left corner of the map (see the PIPboy map). Its blocked by the wall, so you have to move next to it before you can see it.

heh, i was the same when i first got the leather jacket, but since its so crappy your better off with the COMBAT Leather Jacket :) ads 18ac instead of 8ac i think... i used that until i got power armor :-)

yeah the combat armor has better ac but metal armor MK II has better saving rolls. Its a tad bit easier to hit you but it wont do as much damage. the combat leather jacket has 2 sleeves!!! but it only has a normal defense of 4/25%(this off top of my head i might be wrong but its around there) and the metal has like 7/35%(also not sure this off top of my head) but you see my picture. But it is really cool looking leather jacket =)

So instead of using the combat leather jacket im using the bridge keepers robes =) hehehehehehe its a purple monk with a sniper rifle on the loose!!! oh man this is a great game.

Oh yeah and thanks for telling me where the lockpick was. I went down there and got it and had algernon fix my power fist into a MEGA POWER FIST!!!!! and FOR FREE!!! see i didnt know about the downstairs untill you told me and i saw the stairs.

A great armor is the robes of that bridge keeper I THINK thats my fave in the game so far =) it looks like the people who make sure you dont do anything bad in Ultima Online i forget what theyre called...

IS the electronic lockpick only good for electric things =) and i have to carry both sets to do it on normal and now electronics?

Can't remember the first place, but the easiest it the basement of the New Reno Arms. I think (and I am guessing) that there is an electronic lockpick some where in Vault City's vault. Not sure though.
 
Nope none in Vault City, as it'd make making a curve to get the Bozar way too easy when retrning from VC while getting the car...

Well, then again New Reno isn't exactly far, but still...
 
Well VC is the first place you need an electronic lockpick anyway. Aside from the elevator door in the toxic cave, but you need the MKII to open it anyway. That brings me back to my original suggestion of just getting the MKII one from the New Reno Arms basement. I have a hard time understanding what the Bozar has to do with all this though.

I think he's talking about the Bozar you can get from the Toxic Cave. You need an electronic lock pick to get it. I usually get my Bozar or four the guards protecting the dimunitive shopkeeper in the NCR's Bazaar.
 
I have been in the basement of new reno arms, where is it? I have looked on the tables.
 
I don't remember but it's probably either on shelves or a fridge, kinda hidden behind the "front" wall.
 
Join the Wrights, and there will be a bozar for sale in the Eldridge's "special stock."

With the patch both will work.

That's a normal one. The MKII can be found in SF and Navarro, but there's no real need for them.

Well my lockpick I rarely raise over 25% so I have allways needed one. Patch!?!? Patch! I don't need no stinking patch! I like it when the car dissapears except for the trunk in San Fransisco. My mistake on the type of lockpick in NRA.

The basement of New Reno Arms? Been there, have not seen an electronic lockpick. Unless, of course, I didn't look in the right place... So, where is it?
