The flick is a post-apoc comedy,about two guys, frozen in an ultra-tech experiment to test the effects of cryogenic "death" on the human body. The experiment goes wrong (obviously) and instead of being frozen for 2 years, our heroes end up being awoken 60 years later, in a world populated only by women, living in underground vaults and subterranean complexes, after a massive global war that eliminated all the male population.
Hence the reference above.

No conspiracy, just Australian efficiency and attention to detail (or lack of).
I think it is all just a mistake because some of the cheat mod programs I saw my friend using mixed up all the race types, so that sex was usually incorrect and I had more fire geckos that looked like enclave patrolmen that females.
Still, I have no knowledge of programming and it might have been deliberate.
So all it took for the military to finnaly become sexually equal was abit of armagedon? 
As for the Enclave in FO2 i also found the ratio of women to be abit wierd. I wrote it of as a "bug" though. APA would to an extent explain the ratio of women but if the Enclave wants to create a new stronger society(that's atleast what i thought they were up to) then keeping the men would be a better choice seens we're stronger, smarter and as an English research department proved acouple of months ago also smarter by and avarage of +30 IQ over the avarage female. Still a world w/o women would be pretty boring......

It was in a Swedish science magasine called "Illustrated Science"(translated). They only part of the female brain that's better then the male one is memory. Men learn alot faster and "pick things up" at a higher pace but then forgets them much faster aswell, they're also better with language by default. Over all we're generaly considered equally inteligent though. Mens brains are generaly better at "physcial" things like figuring out how to put object A and B together to make something better while the female one are more tuned into undestanding psychological dilemmas. However if you give an group of men a standard IQ test and then do the same with a group of women the male scores will be higher 97% of the time(this is how they did the "research")
