since june ive been learning classical drawing in order to get in here next year: http://www.animwork.dk/en/programme_cga.asp

Sweet!

The last couple are the best, because you didn't smudge the pencils to create shading, and that always looks more professional.

thanks! the last 2 are also the latest so they better be good!

agreed on the smudge, ive been trying to develop better hatching techniques instead, fine lines look way better and stylish but smudge is real easy to control.

Try to work simultaneously with an eraser and pencil/charcoal/drawing medium of your choice.
And do not give that much of a fuck for the 'technique' and hatching. Tone gives you light and shadow, for that you don't need very pretty hatching.

Hatching is something you can train while not drawing. Just take a note-book with lined paper and try to fill it up with different kind of hatching ;)
gradually that will seep into your drawings

I like the second the fourth and the colored version of the fourth is the fifth, the others are good too but these 3 was the one that I like the best I even think if you make pc colored version of the fourth then it would look awe even in the game as poster or something like that.

yeah, havent looked that much into the technique itself, just doing what makes sense and looks good, mostly trying to follow the curves and light with hatching/shading... takes a bit of practice. neat idea about the hatching book though, i guess it must develop some muscle memory... i bet its good and brainless when youre waiting around or have no motivation. thanks a lot for the feedback!

thanks! as for the fourth one (moped) its actually is colored on pc, though it looks a lot like watercolor ^^

im still starting on pc coloring so it will take some time before i get hang of it.

I like your drawing they are good, about the sculpted head it looks interesting do you plan to finish it? If yes be sure to post it too.
About the last pic you posted I like it.

troop on, grasshopper :)

Tips:

1) Get hold of an anatomy book and sketch out some muscle groups, the exercise will work wonders on your drawing skills.

2) Try to sketch 'from life' as much as possible, the stuff on your desk, people on the street, bars, public transportation, whatevs.
