Looks pretty good but something is bothering me about the eyes....can't quite put my finger on it really but it just looks strange in the eye area.

I agree, it's not convincing nor interesting, I can recognise some problems with the eyelids and whole socket area, the "pearl eye" didn't turn out good too.

The materials still look like plasteline, tho'. You could try to variate surfaces' lighting.
