F2 - Arroyo not fixed after ending ?

First time out of the vault
Ok so I finished the game, went back to Arroyo and found nothing new. All I see is a broken bridge, nothing to do.

Did I do something wrong ? Help please

Arroyo won't change after you beat the game. There are only a few new things to do and they are as follows:

Per's guide said:
To recap the stuff you can do after you beat the game: designer notes and xp computer in Vault City, Hintbook from Father Tully, dating Miss Kitty, movie at the Golden Globes, grav plates in the chop shop (maybe), and great new dialogue in New Reno and Vault City.

Okay thanks a lot for the quick answer.

Kind of wierd we don't get to visit the village we fought so hard to save tho..
